What We Make and Install
Four kinds of work, all cut and assembled in our own workshop in Galla Industrial Park, Seremban, and installed by the two people who built them.
There is no showroom and no sales team here. The same two craftsmen measure your room, cut the panels, edge them, assemble the carcasses and fit them on site. That is the whole reason the pricing works the way it does: nothing is passed to a subcontractor with a margin on top, and nobody is quoting a job they will never see.
Pick the work you need below. Each page sets out what is in scope, what actually decides the cost, how the material choices behave in a Malaysian house, and the order the work happens in. If your job crosses two of them, that is normal, and it is quoted as one programme rather than as separate trades.

Kitchen cabinets
Every carcass, door and edge strip for your kitchen is cut at our own bench in Seremban and fitted by the same hands afterwards, which is why the wet run and the dry run can be built from different boards instead of one compromise stretched across both.

Built-in wardrobes
A built-in wardrobe is scribed to your bedroom wall rather than stood against it, so what you end up with is decided by the internal layout and by the door type your floor area can afford.

Custom Fitted Furniture
Fitted pieces that are neither a kitchen nor a wardrobe: television consoles, shelving, shoe cabinets, desks, dressing tables, dividers, altar cabinets and panelled walls, each one cut to the wall it has to live against.

Whole-House Carpentry
The carpentry for an entire house taken as a single programme: kitchen, wardrobes, television wall, storage and panelling, measured once and sequenced against every other trade working in the building.

Everything is made in Seremban and delivered out from there. Negeri Sembilan is a short haul, so a piece can come back to the bench for an adjustment and return the same day. Kuala Lumpur and Melaka are about an hour each, which changes how the job is planned rather than whether we take it: the measure has to be complete in one visit and the load has to arrive finished.
The area pages below set out what is different about working in each place, including the building rules for high-rise addresses and the access reality on older streets.
Not sure which one you need?
Send a photograph of the room and a rough measurement. We will tell you what fits, what it involves, and which of these pages your job actually belongs on.
