Custom Kitchen Cabinets and Condo Renovation in Kuala Lumpur
We make custom kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and TV walls for condos and landed houses in Kuala Lumpur, built in our Seremban workshop and fitted by the same two people. A 6-ft floor-to-ceiling wardrobe starts from RM 5,000, an 8-ft TV wall from RM 1,300 and a compact kitchen from about RM 9,000. Your unit gets a firm price after we measure it.

Panels are cut, edged and drilled in Galla before the trip north. Inside your unit the work is mostly assembly and fixing, which suits buildings that limit noise and dust.

Do you take condo renovation jobs in Kuala Lumpur?
Yes, mainly the carpentry side: kitchens, wardrobes, TV walls, shoe cabinets and vanity storage. At MET 1 Residences we built a TV wall with lit display towers, two wardrobes, a shoe cabinet and a bathroom mirror cabinet.
At Kaia Heights we fitted a handle-free kitchen with oak-look base and tall units and ceiling-height wall cabinets. Both jobs are shown as project cards on this page.
What does a custom kitchen cabinet cost in KL?
Our published prices cover the Klang Valley, so a compact 10-ft kitchen in KL starts at about RM 9,000 with a laminate top. Longer or L-shaped kitchens with quartz or sintered stone generally fall between RM 15,000 and RM 50,000.
For context, PropertyGuru Malaysia gives RM10,000 to RM100,000 for a whole kitchen renovation in 2026, all trades included, and one IKEA METOD kitchen package is listed at RM10,840. Those are market figures, not our price.
What do condo managements ask for before cabinet work?
Most ask for a renovation application from the owner before any contractor starts. It often comes with a refundable deposit, contractor details for the guard house and a booking for the service lift.
Many buildings also limit work to set hours and want the lift and corridor covered during delivery. Get the renovation guidelines from your management office early and send them to us, so the install date fits the rules.
Will a tall wardrobe fit in my condo lift?
Usually, and where it will not, we build the wardrobe in sections that join inside your unit. We measure the lift car and its door during the site visit, before the design is final.
The joint goes where a shelf or door gap hides it, and the holes are drilled in the workshop. That way a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe still looks like one piece once it stands in the bedroom.
From Galla to Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur is about an hour from our workshop on the North-South Expressway when traffic is light, and longer in the morning and evening rush. The southern side, such as Kuchai Lama, Sri Petaling and Cheras, is the quickest to reach.
Because of the distance, we bring every panel finished, plus spare fillers and fixings. We plan the delivery time around what your building allows for the loading bay and lift.

- Can you build from my designer's 3D drawings?
- Yes. MET 1 Residences was built from the owner's own 3D renders, and the project page shows the design next to the real result. We tell you early if a detail in the drawing will not work as built.
- Do you renovate landed houses in KL too?
- Yes. Taman Cheras Hartamas was a modern landed house renovation with custom carpentry. In landed homes we check the lane and the staircase on the first visit.
- Do you need to come to KL to measure?
- Yes. Photos and rough sizes are enough for a rough price, but we only cut panels after measuring the unit ourselves. A condo wall that is a little out of line shows up as a gap later.
- Why use a Seremban workshop for a Kuala Lumpur home?
- You deal directly with the two people who build and install, without a showroom or salesperson in between. You can also visit the Galla workshop to see the boards and laminate before deciding, after messaging us.
- What should I send before you quote?
- The floor plan, photos of each wall and your building's renovation guidelines if you have them. Mention the condo name, since lift size and rules differ from block to block.
