Will you take a small job, like one wardrobe?

Yes. A single 6-ft wardrobe from RM 5,000 or a single TV wall of 8 ft (from RM 1,300) is a normal job for us.

Do you build aluminium kitchen cabinets?

No. Everything we make is wood-based, with plywood carcasses and laminate finishes. If you need aluminium, another workshop will suit you better.

Interior Design and Renovation in Seremban

Fatt Interior works all over Seremban from its own workshop in Galla Industrial Park, about ten minutes from town. Rahang and Temiang: Older single-storey terraces near town. The kitchen sits at the back, often beside a small yard that owners want to turn into a wet kitchen.
Rasah and Rasah Jaya: Link houses mixed with older bungalows. The plans are long and deep, so corridor and staircase storage comes up a lot.
Sikamat and Paroi: Mostly double-storey terraces. The entrance and the wall under the stairs suit a shoe cabinet and a tall storage run.

How much does a renovation in Seremban cost?

It depends on how many rooms you touch, but the carpentry part with us starts at the prices in the table above.

For the whole house, PropertyGuru Malaysia puts a mid-range job at RM120 to RM200 per sq ft in 2026 and suggests keeping 10 to 20% aside for surprises. Those are market numbers, not our quote.

Do you do interior design or only cabinets?

We design the built-in parts of the house ourselves: the layout of each cabinet, the laminate colours, handles and the table top. Then the same two people build and install it.

We are a workshop, not a design studio with a showroom. If another contractor is doing your tiling, wiring or plumbing, we take the final measure after they finish so the cabinets fit the finished walls.

Can an old Seremban terrace kitchen be split into wet and dry?

Usually yes. In many older terraces the dry kitchen moves forward into the old dining space, and the wet kitchen goes to the back, sometimes into the covered yard.

Floors and walls in these houses are rarely straight, and there is often a step between the two areas. That is why we measure on site instead of pricing from a floor plan. Both sides get plywood carcasses with laminate, which copes with water better than bare board.

How long does a house renovation in Seremban take?

A typical landed house takes 4 to 8 weeks; the more rooms in the job, the closer it gets to 8.

Most of the cabinet work happens in Galla, not in your house. The clock really starts on the day we take final measurements, which is after the tiler and plasterer have left.
